to giving you the customer, what you need, want and value. It's not about
strict policies and working by the book. We dispise bureaucracy! It's
about recognizing when it's necessary to follow the rules and when it's
appropriate to throw the rule book out the window. Customers are individuals
with different needs and the same solution can not satisfy every individual.
Team spirit is at the core of customer satisfaction
If you were to ask a person working on the help desk why they do what
they do, 9 out of 10 times you'd get a blank stare. Or something like:
'because that's my job'. Here it's a different story.

and/or colleagues long before Oxxus was even established? Absolutely true.
We've built the dream team where there's no hierarchy and everyone's job
is equally important. Cliche it may be, but team spirit is what differentiates
an employee that works for a paycheck from a team member that works for
the common goal.

To maintain long-term professional, satisfactory and mutually respectfull
relationship with our clients. If anyone is ever unhappy here for whatever
reason that can't be resolved, we actually encourage them to close their
accounts. Our goal is not to have hundreds of thousands of unsatisfied
customers circling around for a couple of month each. Our goal is to have
long-term satisfied customers that will spread the word and send more
customers our way. We believe this is a more viable, long-term strategy
for company expansion.

the people within Oxxus.net (Pop Media). Not by a big CEO uninvolved in
daily operations or a sales rep. We tell it how it is. We like to keep
