Servers are never overloaded
In order to cut costs some providers overload their servers to the
maximum capacity allowed.
In return servers run out of resources needed to perform causing slow
download times, requiring frequent restarts and crashing regularly.
Why don't we overload? Because it causes unnecessary
trouble for everyone! Fixing the crashed caused by resource overload
costs us lot more (repair costs, labour, lost customers) than preventing
this from happening in the first place.
