Her duties around here: to ensure that customers are happy, staff are happy and customer support department is running smoothly. She's in charge of customer relations and marketing. Natasha also helps out with customer support from time to time.

Big Giant Head Admin

Expertise: He's a computer genius and there is no problem he can't resolve!

Boris has worked with and has knowledge of 11 operating systems. To know 3 or 4 OS is a very good achievement but 11...

He's been working with computers since he was 14. At high school he was released of having to attend computer classes as he was already passed the skill level of his own teachers!

His duties around here: He is our 'big giant head' admin that ovesees all servers, administration, system upgrades, security issues etc. He also acts as a senior tech support person to offer a hand with most complex customer' issues noone else is able to resolve.

Hobbies: chess, basketball, playstation (FIFA-soccer exclusively)

System Admin & Customer Support Rep

Expertise: Dean has over 12 years of server administration experience. He has worked for numerous ISP's as well as providing IT support for corporations.

His duties around here: He's a system admin and a senior Java support technician.

Customer Support Rep

Expertise: Eddy holds the bachelor of computer sciences degree. We snatched him less than 1month after his graduation. He's been in specialist Java training for the last 6months. He's very hard working and totally dedicated to helping customers solve their problems (he thrives on testimonials after a job well done so don't be shy to send him one:) You'll most likely come into contact with Eddy quite a bit as he's our front line customer support man.

His duties around here: Help customers resolve any problems they encounter.

Customer Support Rep

Mark J.

Expertise: Mark is the newest member of our team. He joined us in August 2006. He has 6+years of system administration and MySQL/PHP programming experience. Over the course of the last 6years he's provided IT support for a range of cumpanies from one man bands to international corporations.

His duties around here: Over the last 6months Mark has displayed an amazing ability to relate to people so he was recently promoted to a senior customer service officer. Amazing progress for just 6 short months!

Billing

Expertise: Basketball and 2 exams away from finishing a management degree. Danny was a professional basketball player up until last year when a horrific fall left him immobilised. Not being able to continue his basketball career he changed his focus to computer based work. Management qualifications came in handy and he got a job managing our customer billing system. He's going back to Uni this year to complete his degree. Good on ya Danny!

His duties around here: managing our customer database and billing system.

Office Admin

Expertise: Business Administration and Bookeeping

Her duties around here: Dejana is 24 years old and she's responsible for taking care of general admin duties. She also helps out with some of the billing and generally making sure administrative side of things runs smoothly.

Hobbies: Dejana is a tennis champ. She's won numerous tropheys during her teenage years. Now she just plays for fun (but still manages to trash us all completely).

Expertise: He's great at sleeping, eating, playing and chewing everything is sight (don't worry we don't let him go near the cables)

His duties around here: He hangs around the office sometimes and his main job is to keep the moral high and keep us smiling:)

Hobbies: Well, he's a great entertainer, he's so adorable, playfull (hyperactive would better describe it) and absolutely adores people.

With us since: Loyal member of the team since birth (March 2006).
