All our servers are housed in a state of the art datacenter
in Atlanta, Georgia.
Network
Servers are connected to 4 major US backbone providers (Verio, Time Warner,
Cogent, Allegiance) which insures stability and reliability of the network.
The bandwidth we're using is in OC3 class (4x155Mbit/s) which provides
fastest traffic from/to hosting accounts. Infrastructure is backed by
complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity,
and security. Power systems at data centers are designed to run uninterrupted
- even in the unlikely event of a total power outage. Equipped with the
state-of-the-art N+1 power generator architecture. In the event of any
generator failure, back up power systems provide ample capacity to keep
servers running.
Attended & Staffed 24x7
Both datacenter and our support center are
attended 24x7. If anything were to go wrong, any time day or night, our
technicians are at hand to resolve the issue within minutes.
Automated, round-the-clock, server checking system
The entire network and the server itself are being monitored 24x7. Servers
are being checked automatically every 5minutes around the clock.
SMS Notification System
As soon as a problem is spotted, the system automatically notifies our
technicians via SMS message to our emergency cell phone. This allows our
technicians to respond immediately and resolve the issues right away.
