No, we can not register any country specific domains. You'll need to contact your local registry to complete the registration. We can host ALL country specific domains (after you register them elsewhere).

| Am I the owner of the domain name that you register for me?
Yes. The domain name we register for you is competely your property. It is registered in your name and not ours. Should you decide to move to another host at some point in the future, you'll be free to do so.

| How long does a registration of a new domain take?
Domain will be registered couple of hours upon the receipt of your request.
Your registered domain name will be functional 24-48 hours from when you register it.
This is because the DNS databases need some time to synchronize and refresh the information for your domain.

| Do you provide me with a domain management interface?
You can request to have access to your domain management interface. Once the domain is registered, you'll need to contact our support team to create a domain account for you so you can log in to manage it on your own.

| How much does it cost to transfer my domain to you?
The cost of domain transfer is echo $pricedomain; ?>. Your domain will be transferred to our registry + you'll receive a 1year top up on the domain term. For example, if the domain was due to expire in aug 08, with the 1year top up, the new expiration date will be aug 08. If you pay for 1year of hosting you'll recieve this domain transfer for free.

| Do I need to have a registered domain name to have a web site online?
No, you don't need to have a regstered domain in order to have a site online. You can host your site on a unique ip address echo $priceip; ?>. In your order form you'll be given an option to purchase an IP Address so just tick 'yes'.

| Do I get to keep my old emails once I switch to you?
Emails that are ie: sales@YourDomainName.com are connected to your domain name not your hosting service provider.
So when you switch provider they will stay intact.
Plus, with us you will be able to open more than 150 email accounts under your domain for your employees, friends and family!
Emails that are: ie. sales@hostingProviderDomain.com are the only ones that are connected to your hosting provider and you can't keep those, unless you make an arrangement with your provider.
Emails that are ie. sales@yahoo.com or other free email provider are not related to your hosting, therefore will stay the same once you switch providers.

| Do you have webmail? Will I be able to check my emails when I am away from my home/office computer?
Yes, all our accounts have a webmail option. What this means is that you can log on to the internet (to the address we will give you once you sign up - www.yourdomain.com/webmail/ ) and check your mail from any computer that has internet access. You can even check them from your cell phone if you have web capable cell phone. This feature is very handy if you travel alot, work from different computers as your emails don't need to stay tied to the email client on your PC.

| What is the size of the email boxes?
You set your own email box size limit as long as the total size of your email box (incl. all other site services) doesn't exceed the total space limits of your plan.

| Do you provide secure email access?
Secure email access is only enabled by default on business hosting plan and ecommerce hosting package. If you're choosing a different plan you can secure your email access by simply installing an SSL Certificate on your account. The cost of SSL Certificate is echo $priceSSL; ?>. We will handle the entire installation of the certificate so you won't have to do a thing! To order an SSL just tick 'SSL' add-on service in your order form.

| Can I use your POP3/SMTP servers?
Yes you can. Full instructions on using these services will be provided in your account setup email.

| I'm transferring from another host and I'm not sure how to move my emails across?
What you'll need to do is setup new email accounts with us before you cancel your old hosting or change your domain settings. This way your email service will be functional the entire time and you will not lose any important emails. Full step-by-step instructions on setting up emails will be emailed to you upon the activation of your hosting account. It's so simple to setup you just can't go wrong!

You can host your website with us, regardless of what computer, platform or the operating system you used to develop your site.
Regardless of which program you used to create your website (Dreamweaver, FrontPage or other software) you can still host it with us.

No. At these stage we use only unix system and asp pages are windows based. We are looking at getting some windows servers in the future but, for the time being, these are not available.

We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta and Paypal. If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay via Western Union. If you are paying through Western Union your account may take a bit longer to setup as the funds have to be received before the account can be activated.
If you're payment monthly/quarterly with your credit card or paypal, payments will be automatically deducted off of your credit card/Paypal each month (or quarter). This way you don't have to worry about remembering or missing a payment deadline each month/quarter. Payments will stop as soon as you cancel your account.
