Check your internet connection, make sure you are able to open other websites (Google, Wikipedia, ..).
Check your firewall/antivirus software, you may have accidentally blocked the connection.

Try accessing the website from a different location/network, for example your mobile phone.

If your account has private Tomcat you can restart it yourself by accessing the server over SSH connection and typing ./restart.

New passwords will be issued only to e-mails originating from customers that we have in our billing database, make sure to use the e-mail that is associated with the account.

Please be as detailed as possible when describing your issue, simply stating that something doesn't work won't help solve the problem in the shortest possible time. Add any error messages you get, describe what you were doing when the problem occurred, describe if you have made any changes to the service recently. Mention anything that might have relevance.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help, your response to queries and being able to turn around the domain registration and Elgg install in such quick time - we previously tried to do this via a different supplier and they took over 2 weeks, didn't register the domain and didn't respond to us at all.
