Do you have to create a database through your control panel before you begin

STEP1

After you login to control panel, you will access the screen below through the "Power Tools" section.
Click "Actions" icon to the right of the tool you wish to install

STEP2:

You'll then be taken to the screen where you'll enter the details of you blog
There is a little info icon right next to all fields just in case you're unsure what info is required.

You're done!
