Hi folks. You are doing a great job especially when it comes to responsiveness. Compliments to Dean who upgraded our VPS plan in less than 20 minutes, but others rock too (we had to request restart of VPS a few times).

I had altered the system runlevel in inittab and needed to get it changed back to where it was. Mark was helpful and able to get my instance back up and running for me. I seemed to only get a response when the messages were marked "urgent" (which in my case it actually was). I probably would have been up and running sooner if I had sent the original ticket as "urgent" to begin with and I consider that my own fault. Thanks Mark, Kevin

I want to thank the support team, specifically Dean and Mark, for their quick response to the issue that I was encountering with my e-mail. The action taken seems to have solved my problems. Thanks! Having run an ISP, I know that tech support can be a tough and many times a thankless job. So "Thanks!" to you guys! They have been great helping me get my mail sent from my domain from going into spam folders. Especially have this problem with gmail and yahoo. Hotmail is fine. Looks like helping now on gmail too (I can test more after holiday weekend). Thanks.
