How easy is it to upgrade/downgrade?

Anytime you want to add RAM or or jump to a different plan, simply submit a support ticket.
An upgrade only requires one VPS reboot so there is virtually no downtime.

How to get started today?

  • Select a package you need and order online (you can always upgrade/downgrade later, no downtime, no cost)
  • Once your server is ready you can use SSH client like putty to connect to the server's console
  • Log in to your server, install the services you need using our RPM packages (2minutes)
  • You are up and running and ready to start deploying your apps
  • During the setup process you can request an engineer to contact you via Skype and assist you with your initial VPS setup

I had altered the system runlevel in inittab and needed to get it changed back to where it was. Mark was helpful and able to get my instance back up and running for me. I seemed to only get a response when the messages were marked "urgent" (which in my case it actually was). I probably would have been up and running sooner if I had sent the original ticket as "urgent" to begin with and I consider that my own fault. Thanks Mark, Kevin

They have been great helping me get my mail sent from my domain from going into spam folders. Especially have this problem with gmail and yahoo. Hotmail is fine. Looks like helping now on gmail too (I can test more after holiday weekend). Thanks.
